Laurel Stephens - Outreach Coordinator

Born and raised in the heart of Georgia, Laurel relocated to Wyoming in 2019 after spending several years in Steamboat Springs, CO. Laurel fell in love with the West many years ago, and it is no surprise that she now calls the Bighorn Basin in Northwest Wyoming home.

Caleb Owen - Non-Motorized Trails Coordinator

Caleb is the Non-Motorized Trails Coordinator with the Office of Outdoor Recreation. He has designed, built, and maintained trails since 2011 as a contractor, Wyoming Conservation Corps crew leader, and Forest Service crew member. He received his bachelor's degree

Amy Crawford - Outdoor Recreation Coordinator

Based in Casper, Amy brings a background of environmental and adventure education to the Office of Outdoor Recreation. Amy attended Alaska Pacific University where she earned a degree in Outdoor Studies with an emphasis in Recreation Program Design and Leadership.

Celia Karim - Outdoor Recreation Specialist

Celia grew up in Sacramento, California where she got to go on outdoor adventures every weekend. In high school, she continued her love for sharing the outdoors by working as a naturalist assistant at a local nature preserve and began teaching new backpackers the “Leave No Trace” 

Brynn Hirschman - Outdoor Recreation Coordinator

Raised in the rolling hills of Northeast Ohio, Brynn has always had a passion for the outdoors and animals. She grew up with foxes as pets, played the violin, trained in Shorin Ryu karate, and showed horses at 4-H and local shows. Brynn attended the University of Wyoming

Linda Fittje - Pathfinder, East Region

Linda was born and raised in northwestern Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and moved to Casper 9 days later. She has spent most of her professional career educating children in the Casper area.
 

Bruce Scigliano - Pathfinder, Northeast Region

Bruce received a bachelor’s degree in theater/education from the University of Michigan in 1981. He worked several years as a professional director, educator and, eventually, a published playwright.Recalling that at age eleven, he wanted to be a game show host or a game 

Sherry Joslyn - Outdoor Recreation Specialist

Sherry Joslyn has lived in Wyoming for most of her life. She graduated from high school in Glenrock, then met her husband while attending college in Casper. They have been together for almost 30 years and have 4 children.
