Caleb Owen - Non-Motorized Trails Coordinator
Caleb is the Non-Motorized Trails Coordinator with the Office of Outdoor Recreation. He has designed, built, and maintained trails since 2011 as a contractor, Wyoming Conservation Corps crew leader, and Forest Service crew member. He received his bachelor's degree
from the University of Wyoming.
He also has experience in the outdoor recreation industry having been a climbing guide at Devils Tower and a raft guide in northern Maine. Caleb believes trails are crucial infrastructure on public lands and that public lands are a vital piece of Wyoming's community and economy.
